Please contact us through the secure email on this website

Please email from the web address where you want to be called for your Zoom call. If you prefer to talk by telephone, please provide the number to call. Also provide a telephone number where you can be reached to schedule your telehealth consultation.

NEW PATIENTS

When your consultation is scheduled, you will be asked to provide previous mammogram reports, all previous biopsy results, and records of any previous breast care.

PLANNING YOUR TELEHEALTH CONSULTATION

Some forms you can fill out before you come to the office [click link to office forms in the Steps You Can Take section].  Other forms need to be completed and signed in the office at the time of your visit.

It is always useful to think about the goals of your visit before you arrive.

Please feel comfortable to bring a list of questions with you.

If you would like to ask about recent news you have seen or studies you have heard about, please send the article or material before your consultation.

In general, we diagnose and treat women for one of three reasons:

1.  Women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.  If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer, please consider these questions.

2.  Women who have a specific area of concern or symptom including a breast lump, abnormal mammogram, pain, discharge or other concern.  If you are scheduling your consultation for these reasons, please consider these questions.

3.  Women who are concerned that they are at high risk for breast cancer or want to minimize their risk of breast cancer. If you are scheduling your consultation for these reasons, please consider these questions.
